Maxwell gains second Swim 21 accreditation
- this time for Competitive Development
Following on from the Performance award gained earlier in the year Maxwell has been awarded Swim 21 accreditation at Competitive Development level.
This award supports the Maxwell competitive focus and also its growing links with other Swim 21 Clubs. The Clubs “Passport to Performance scheme is proving a great success in setting up swimmer pathways between Clubs. This means that as swimmers develop they can always find the right level and quantity of training to enable them to fulfil their potential. Head Coach Kevin Brooks commented “Talented swimmers deserve the opportunity to get to the very top and its the duty of every Club to assist them. For Maxwell that means progressing swimmers through to the World Class programmes run by British Swimming”.
