Summer Event

Maxwell Summer Event - 8th August - Wendover House School 2pm-10pm

Tickets are on sale now at £15 per family

As you are hopefully aware the Committee and Coaching staff are organising a fun day, which we hope will become an annual event.

During the afternoon we plan to hold (all times are approximate):

2-5pm ‘Its a Knockout’ style games with all the swimmers in teams, each team being led by one of the club’s coaches
5pm Presentations to the younger swimmers from the coaching team for - Most Improved Award, Most Committed Award and the Highest Performance Award from each squad
5:30 - 7pm BBQ burgers and hot dogs will be available along with drinks, alcoholic as well as soft
7pm Presentations to the older swimmers (categories as above)
7:30 - 10pm Disco

Tickets are on sale now from Jane Pitts, Anne Minihan, Ray Martin, Angie Scales, Mandy Aston, Sophie Jones, Lindsay Tatlow, Peter Hylands or Pam Brown. The ticket includes vouchers for a maximum of 4 burgers or hotdogs and 4 beverages per family. Any extras can be purchased on the day.

If you would like to reserve a ticket please email the webmaster@maxwellswimclub.org giving details of your child’s name, age and squad plus the name and ages of any siblings.

We hope to make the afternoon and evening as much fun as we can but need as much support as possible from all members of the club and their families. If you think you could help with setting up on the day please contact any member of the Events Team above to offer your services.
