Lauren takes 3rd Place in South West Regional Open Water
Congratulations to Lauren Jones who came 3rd in the 3k Open Water Regionals last weekend. This was an extremely good result as she was swimming against a strong current and was racing against experienced women -
she also beat most of the men!
