Lauren Jones takes Silver in Regionals Open Water Swimming
Congratulations to Lauren who swam in South East Regionals 5km championships at Eastbourne on the 25th July and came 2nd in her age group with a time of 1 hour and 16
minutes. On the 26th she also took part in the Eastbourne 2km sea swim and came 4th in her age group.
