Obviously, this was the first day. We had to swim the Channel in order to get there.

A picture speaks a million words. Well, we have a few millions here. Posers, gangsters, ladies, etc.
Sometimes, our top swimmers had to race hard against Girona's OLDIES. Unfortunately, Ed did not win this one. 
While, some of the girls were spending time in sauna. 
And sometimes, we had to resort to unconventional training techniques... 
Spain sometimes does miracles.
